We're searching for a motivated and focused Digital Marketer for our international client base to help create best-practice, data-driven experiences on Websites, Social Media & Video platforms.

Employment Details:

  • Shift: Day
  • Time: 10am - 06pm BDT (8 hours)
  • Vacancy: 01 (Both Male & Female)
  • Employment Status: Full-time
  • Work Days: 6 days a week
  • Job Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka
  • Salary range: 25000+ Monthly (Based on the experience & skills)

Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to):

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, software marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
  • Understand and implement on-page, off-page & technical SEO audits and changes
  • Implement changes in content management systems (CMS)
  • Optimize Youtube, Social Media channels, videos & other contents
  • Manage content production by planning content calendars, managing writers (or collaborating with content writing teams), and supporting them on SEO
  • Come up with the most effective SEO Link-Building strategies & managing them properly
  • Manage Guest posting, Map Citation, Business Listing & other local SEO tasks
  • Collaborate with Marketing managers, developers, creative designers, and other in-house teams
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.


  • 2+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing & SEO
  • Passion for SEO and internet marketing
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing best practices
  • Experience working with SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
  • Experience with and/or understanding of code (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with and/or understanding of other marketing channels (e.g. PPC)
  • Experience working different Social Media Channels
  • Experience with Youtube SEO(Must)
  • Must have knowledge about Link-Building steps.
  • Have a good understanding of content writing ideas for mother websites or backlink profiles.
  • Excellent reading & writing skills in English
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Attention to detail
  • Project management skills

Academic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or running students preferred but not necessary
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO training from any reputed organization
