Global Softel, Inc. is the owner of www.globalsoftel.com. It has established these Privacy Policies (the "PP") to set out our policy on the gathering and using Information on the Company Network. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined hereunder, the words "us," "our," "we," and "you" within this AUP shall have the meanings as defined in the Global Softel, Inc. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE or the other policies referred to in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. For greater certainty, the term "User," "you," or "You" shall refer to the customer of Global Softel, Inc.. Where there is a conflict between this PP and the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE shall prioritize resolving the conflict.
Personal Information is information about you that identifies you as an individual, for example, your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number. If you choose to register with us, you will be providing us with certain information, some of which identifies you personally, such as your email address and other registration information. From time to time, you may also provide us with additional information about yourself if you engage in any other transactions with us. For example, when you give us your phone number to seek customer support.
We ask for Personal Information such as your name and e-mail address when you register for a Global Softel, Inc. account to access the Services, or if you correspond with us (in which case we will also retain our responses). Where you are required to pay for Services, we will again ask for additional information, such as your credit card number and billing address. We may also retain any messages you send through the Services and collect the information you provide in the User Content you post to the Services. We may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and which recipients click links. The Information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Services.
The form of consent required for collecting and using your Personal Information depends on what is reasonable in the circumstances. We may assume consent from your actions.
